EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA IN ONCO-FERTILITY AND FERTILITY PRESERVATION

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Entirely taught online, the training programme is organized in four parts: fertility mechanism, chronic disease and treatment impact, fertility preservation techniques and associated ethics, psychology and religion aspects. The programme is a mix of lectures and interactive discussions with experts to encourage analysis, analytical skills and knowledge application.

By the end of the programme, learners will be able to provide consulting in fertility preservation and to tailor it according to patient characteristics and treatment impact. Learners will be aware of the opportunities delivered by fertility preservation techniques.  


METHODOLOGY

The programme combines online lectures with more practical and interactive sessions such as discussions with experts about “Multidisciplinary team meeting” clinical cases. The course is taught in English.


EXPECTED BACKGROUND

Daily involvement in pathology care presenting a risk of female or male fertility alteration or in fertility preservation techniques.

Obstetricians and gynaecologists, medical gynaecologists, gynaecology surgeons, medical oncologists, haematologists, paediatricians, urologists, internal physicians, rheumatologists, embryologists.
